Barrel aged malt vinegar release

Saturday October 12th 12-6 PM

Join us for our second annual collaboration with Humboldt Regeneration. Jacob barrel aged his delicious malt vinegar in one of our ex Bourbon barrels. We will have vinegar samples, cocktails highlighting the vinegar and bottles available for purchase.  This event is drop in/no reservations. 

Filipino cuisine pop up

Friday November 8th 5-8 PM &

Saturday November 9th 4-8 PM

Chefs Maria, Jenny, Aaron, Tony and Drew will be popping up for two nights! We will have craft cocktails to pair with their cuisine. We will send their menu out one week prior to via our newsletter. If you want to be on our mailing list, simply send your email address to alchemydistillery@gmail.com. This event is drop in/no reservations.

New American cuisine with Chefs Dan and May

We are excited to welcome back this highly talented duo with years of experience working together in Los Angeles and beyond. New American cuisine is defined as fusion cuisine that brings together flavors from American cooking techniques with foreign components. We picked Sunday and Monday to make it possible for local industry folks to join us since many restaurants are closed on those two days. More info coming soon!
